The red box is an example of a stock/etf. The position's total value is $7,445 and the gain on that position is $616.07. The yellow box is an example of a short option where the current value is $42 and the gain on the position is $133. These are just examples of how the holdings would look. The reverse would be true if the position was at a loss.
