How to Post Articles on the Tradier Hub
Posting any type of content on the Tradier Hub is a matter of filling in each field in its entirety. You’ll see you won’t be able to save without filling in all required fields.
Once you post any kind of content (Articles, Video, or Event), it will show up on your Profile Platform Page automatically under the “Activity” Tab.
Use this the following link to navigate directly to your publishing dashboard: https://tradier-hub.admin.datocms.com/.
Once signed in, from the left sidebar on your main dashboard choose “Articles”.
Then, from the right, top corner choose “+ New record”. This will start your Article post. Fill in the following information:
Review: The Review Status will default to “In Progress”. Please change this to “Ready to Review”.
Title: Please use Initial Case and limit to 15 words.
Subtitle: Use sentence case and limit to 25 words.
Photo: Select “Upload new” to add a relevant image to your post. The image size should be 866(w) x 485(h) pixels and the file type is either JPG or PNG.
Platforms: Choose your Platform from this pulldown menu. This will attach it to your profile across the Tradier Hub.
Educators: Select name of the person(s) you would like to attribute the Article to.
Excerpt: This field is not required, as the first few sentences of your Article will populate if you leave it blank. If you wish to have something specific there you can update.
Content: The easiest way to include your content for your article that is preformatted already is to copy/paste from a Word document. This will ensure that your content has paragraph, bullet, and numbering styles as needed. You can use the builder to type your content. In order to create a certain formatted type you will need to type a “/” and choose from the list of options (i.e. Numbered list, Bulleted list, Quote, etc.. Paragraph is the default). Articles should be at least 500 words.
Tags: Select the tags that align with your content from the pre-selected list (i.e. Advanced Strategies, Bonds, Commodities)
Symbols: Include any symbols mentioned in the article
Once you have filled in all of the content fields above click the “Save” button at the top right corner of the screen. This is VERY important. If you click out to somewhere else your information WILL NOT be saved and you’ll have to start over again.
After you Save, the Tradier Hub team will review your article and will post to the Hub once approved. This can take 24 hours.
