Position Grouping on Mobile
Position Groups on mobile give you more control, less clutter, and faster execution—wherever you trade. By syncing your groupings across Tradier Web and the mobile app, you can organize positions once and manage them everywhere. Group related strategies, sectors, or timeframes so your portfolio tells a clearer story at a glance. Need to act quickly? Sending an entire group straight to the trade ticket reduces manual entry and helps you move with confidence when timing matters. And because changes sync instantly between web and mobile, your setup stays consistent—no double work, no second-guessing.
Creating a New Group
To create new group, scroll to the bottom of your Positions list
Click the "Add New Group Link"
Name your group and click "Create"
Your new group is added alphabetically in your Positions list
Adding Positions to a Group
Once you have your new group created Click and hold on the position you want to move and drag it into your group.
Release to drop the position into the group.
Managing Your Groups
Each group has a three-dot icon that provides additional options:
Open Trade Ticket
Sends the entire group to the trade ticket with all positions prefilled, allowing you to execute trades on the group quickly.
Rename Group
Change the name of your group to better reflect its contents or strategy.
Delete Group
Removes the group and returns all positions within it back to individual line items.
