Submitting an ACH Transfer in the Dorman Portal

Once your account is set up and approved for ACH transfers through Plaid, you can easily deposit or withdraw funds using the Dorman Portal. This guide walks you through the steps.

Log in to the Dorman Portal

Step 1: Log in to the Dorman Portal here https://www.dormanaccounts.com/eapp/user/login

Create Request

Step 2: Click the ACH Tab then the Create New Request button.

Choose Your Transfer Type

Step 3: Choose Your Transfer Type

  • Incoming = Deposit funds from your external bank into your Tradier Futures account.

  • Outgoing = Withdraw funds from your Tradier Futures account to your external bank.

Select Your Trading Platform

Step 4: Select Your Trading Platform

The majority of Tradier Futures customers should select CQG. This applies if you’re using Tradier Web for Futures, Tradier Pro Futures, TradingView, or any platform connecting to CQG.

If you use Rhythmic or another supported platform, select the correct option from the list.

Verify Pre-filled Information

Step 5: Your Contact and ACH details provided through Plaid will appear automatically including:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Account Number

  • Checking Account

  • Routing Numbers

Complete Your ACH Transfer Form

Step 6:

In order to complete the form you'll need to enter in the following information:

  • Date for the ACH authorization

  • Amount you want to transfer

Click Save to submit.

What Happens Next

A green confirmation bar will appear with a “Thank you—your request has been submitted” message.

  • For Deposits: Your request goes to Tradier Futures for review. Once approved, the funds will move into your account.

  • For Withdrawals: Your request is reviewed to confirm sufficient funds, then approved by Dorman and processed.
