      Updating your Tradier Hub profile page

      Your Platform Profile Page has been designed to help customers learn more about your company.

      Note: You will not be able to access your Platform Profile Page builder until we have added you as a user in the back-end so if you have not started that process, please fill out this form and submit it: Hub Creator Typeform.

      Things you can update on this page are: 

      • Icon
      • Tags
      • Profile Background Hero Image
      • Title
      • Subtitle
      • Description
      • Logo
      • CTA Link
      • Feature Images
      • Contributors*

      *You will not see your Contributors tab initially. To add Contributors please reach out to the Community manager at hub@tradier.com.

      NOTE: You will not see your "Activity" tab until you post either a video, article or event to the Tradier Hub.

      On the right side panel navigate to “Platforms” then either search or scroll to find your platform and click on it.

      Once in your Editing window you can update everything from your title to your URL. 

      Some Best Practices for Your Platform Page Profile: 

      • Subtitle: Your Subtitle displays on your Platform Profile Page and is a summary of what your company does and what it stands for. 
        • Word count: You can write 45 or more words here but it is recommended to keep it no longer than 30 as this is just supposed to be a quick summary
        • Display example:

      • Excerpt: This field is meant to be another way you can describe the summary of your company. It displays on the main Platform List Page. You can just copy/paste your Subtitle or write something specific to show here. If you leave it blank, the first 190 characters of your Description will automatically be inserted:

      • Description: This will be visible on your Platform Profile Page.
        • Word Count: We suggest about a  40-50 word paragraph describing your company and then 3-4 bullets (15-25 words each) highlighting specific features of your platform or service.
        • Display Example:

      NOTE: You’ll see there are Phone and Email fields. These do not show on your page currently but you can fill them in if you’d like so we have the information. Or you can just leave them blank. 

      • The Website URL is required. 
      • Photo: This will display on the computer image on your Platform Profile Page as well as on the Platform List Page. This should be a high resolution image of your company logo. 
        • Vertical orientation is best but not required.
        • Minimum Image Size: 285 x 48.5 pixels
        • File Type: Transparent PNG, JPG, webp
      • Square Photo: A high resolution version of your platform icon formatted in a white circle.
        • Minimum Image size: 260x260 pixels (You can export your file at 2x and then compress for a clear logo display. The CMS will shrink the display size automatically.)
        • File Type: Transparent PNG ONLY
        • Format example:

      • Background: This will be your Profile Page Background Hero Image. 
        • Please make sure the image is a dark image as the text on top of it is white.
        • Minimum Image Size: 1420 x 400 pixels
        • File Type: PNG, JPG, webp
        • You can export your file at 2x and then compress for a clear background display. The CMS will shrink the display size automatically.
        • Some Good Examples:

      • Images: These images are included to allow you a space to feature your platform and highlight exciting aspects of your services.
        • They will be displayed only at the bottom of your Platform Profile Page.
        • You can have up to 6 images
        • Recommended Image Size: 948 x 600 pixels
        • File Type: PNG or JPG
        • You can export your files at 2x and then compress for a clear display. The CMS will shrink the display size automatically. Keep in mind that people can click on these images and expand them so the higher the resolution, the better.
        • Some good examples:

      • Tags: This is how people will filter to find specific services they are looking for. Add as many tags as you’d like from the list.
        • If you need to add a new tag, please contact your Community Manager at hub@tradier.com to inquire about getting a new tag added to the list. 

      IMPORTANT: Once you have made all the changes you wish to make, scroll back up to the top of your Edit window and choose “Save”.

      The changes will not be published until our Community Manager has a chance to review the changes. Within 24-48 hours you should see your changes updated on your Platform Profile Page.
