A trusted contact is a person you list on your Tradier Brokerage account who can be contacted by Tradier Brokerage in certain circumstances. These circumstances include:
1) Tradier Brokerage reasonably believes that the account holder has a mental or physical impairment that renders the individual unable to protect his or her own interests.
2) There is reason to believe the account holder may be the subject of financial exploitation as defined
by FINRA Rule 4512.
3) We are unable to reach the account holder in regard to their account.
